Samsung Galaxy S III to Top 10 million Sales in July

According to Reuters, Samsung‘s head of telecommunications JK Shin expects the Galaxy S III to top the 10 million unit mark by the end of July. The Galaxy S III is a popular device as we know before launch that the device had over 9 million pre-orders with some US orders delayed for “overwhelming demand”, according to Sprint (an American mobile operator).
Not that surprising as we all know the super popularity of its predecessors’ the Galaxy S and Galaxy S II which have sold roughly 55 million units worldwide. Samsung Galaxy S III has now been launched in the US and has been in Europe and South Africa for under a month, the super quad-core smartphone is available for around R6,999 from the Vodacom Online Store and is also available from MTN and Cell C.
